A giant real estate company in charge of the development of a large part of the town worked with four Chinese architecture firms on this design. Together they developed urban plans fitting local context and culture. Shops, restaurants, art galleries and other facilities were built in a way that facilitates access between the interior and exterior. The final result was of good quality, but it is a long distance from neighbouring big cities and so it is questionable as to how useful it really is.
